His presence signals recommendations around pre-examination surveillance, informant networks within printing and logistics chains, and intelligence-sharing protocols between exam bodies and law enforcement.

V. Kamakoti, Director of IIT Madras, is the member with the most direct experience of large-scale Computer-Based Testing (CBT).
